FAQs

Can I use any warmer with Coral Beauty Canada Waxes?

Yes. You may use any warmer with adjustable temperature settings - Our hard waxes are temperature sensitive.

How long does the wax take to melt?

We recommend waiting an approximate 15-20 minutes using the highest temperature setting. Once the wax has reached a full liquid form you must lower the temperature on your warmer to a low mid-level setting (around 60-70 °C) and allow for the wax cool off. Proceed to wait an approximate 15-20 minutes until the wax has reached a honey-like consistency.

If it is your first time to use this product, please take a first test on a small patch of the skin. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction, you can proceed with the full application. How to Clean a Wax Heater?

Cleaning a wax heater or wax warmer can be a tedious task and often requires special chemicals to remove hardened wax safely and effectively. However, the best approach is prevention.
To make cleanup easier and protect your equipment, we recommend use of silicone inserts, which are available in our store. These inserts fit inside your wax pot and catch all the melted wax, preventing it from sticking to the heater. Once you're done, simply remove the insert, remove the hardened wax and wipe it clean—no scrubbing or harsh chemicals needed!
If you haven't used an insert and need to clean your wax heater manually, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off and unplug the heater. Let it cool slightly, but not completely—the wax should still be soft.
  2. Use a wax cleaner or special solvent designed for wax equipment to wipe out any residue. Avoid harsh chemicals not meant for salon use.
  3. Wipe with a soft cloth until the pot is clean and dry.
  4. Avoid using metal tools to scrape hardened wax, as they can damage the heater’s surface.

For an easier and cleaner experience every time, make the switch to silicone wax pot inserts—your future self will thank you!
